A quality product, manufactured by a Chinese company with a strong and long trading history. However they have only be introduced into the Australian market in 2019. But don’t let that put you off. Most companies realise the potential of selling in Australia, so normally put their best foot forward to ensure smooth and timely customer service, and thus far, we have seen SAJ doing exactly that.
The Australian office allows for warranty issues to be catered for, even if your installation company disappears. You also have the back up that SAJ have their own service technicians, meaning it could be SAJ themselves that come out, in the unlikely event you have an issue.
They will be a good choice by anyone, that will last the test of time and produce power for years to come. ABSOLUTELY LOVE the fact you can get 13 years product warranty as standard from the ‘right’ installer, that is industry leading.
